RETURNS

Gulfstream Lures will replace any lure that has defects in materials or craftsmanship. Products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund less shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee (restocking fee may vary based on special order requests and “build your own” orders). Due to circumstances beyond our control in the color processing of nylon and bucktail, colors might vary slightly from those pictured online. Freight must be paid in advance on all returns. Collect shipments will be considered unauthorized returns and will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Customers are responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all returns. We highly recommend using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring any return shipment.

REFUNDS

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for any returned products. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for (1) undeliverable packages (including those for which the shipper cannot locate the customer, resulting in the order being returned to sender or abandoned) or (2) deliveries that are refused (including instances in which the customer is unwilling to pay any applicable taxes or duties, which results in the order being returned to sender or abandoned). All undeliverable or refused orders will be treated as a return with the same policy applied to returned items.

FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS ONLY

Gulfstream will sell and ship directly to retailers who stock the merchandise we distribute, have a permanent business location separate from their living establishment, and maintain normal and consistent business hours. Current and approved credit applications must be maintained on all active accounts. Gulfstream will not do business with anyone whose sole enterprise is e-commerce.

Standard Terms: C.O.D. Net 30 to qualified accounts. Payments not received by the due date will incur a finance charge at the rate of 2% per month on all past due balances. Checks returned unpaid will incur a $25 processing fee for each occurrence. Contact our credit department for more information.

Payment Options: Visa and Master Card will be accepted as a method of payment but will reflect a 2.5% lost discount. The discount is not available on credit card purchases. The discount rate is subject to change without notice.

Freight Policy: Free freight charges will be paid on all standard and web orders with a minimum invoiced value of $800.00 within the continental United States when shipped from Gulfstream’s distribution center. Special freight rates will apply for all orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska or international destinations. All orders under the qualifying limit of $800.00 invoiced will have applicable freight charges and accessorial charges added to the invoice. Freight charges do not apply towards the qualifying order value.

Fuel Surcharge: All shipments made from Gulfstream’s distribution center will be assessed a $3.50 fuel surcharge. This amount is subject to change based on the prevailing market price of fuel.

Minimum Order: Orders totaling less than $800.00 will incur a shipping & handling charge.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales of closeout merchandise are final.

Pickup Orders: Orders to be picked up by the buyer must be submitted at least three hours prior to the pick-up time.

Special Orders: All orders must meet manufacturers’ minimum requirements. Dealer pays all shipping and handling charges. A shipping and handling charge will apply to all Special Orders totaling less than $800.00 net Dealer cost. Any returns must go directly to the manufacturer. Standard terms apply.

Drop Shipments: All orders must meet manufacturers’ minimum requirements. Dealer pays all shipping and handling charges. Any returns must go directly to the manufacturer. Standard terms apply.

Claims: Shortages must be reported to Gulfstream Lures within 5 days of delivery or claims will be denied. It is the customer’s responsibility to count and inspect all shipments. Carton shortages must be noted on the delivery document. Internal damage claims must be filed with the carrier.

Warranties: Gulfstream gives no warranty, expressed or implied, as to description, quality, merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, productiveness, or any other matter, of any goods which the seller shall supply. Gulfstream shall be in no way responsible for their proper use and service, and the buyer hereby waives all rights of refusal and return of goods, except as otherwise provided for in these terms and conditions or in agreement between buyer and seller. All purchases from seller by buyer are made on the express understanding that there is no implied warranty that the goods shall be merchantable or an implied warranty that the goods shall be fit for any particular purpose. The buyer acknowledges that the buyer is not relying on seller’s skill or judgment to select or furnish goods suitable for any particular purpose and that there are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the face hereof.

Manufacturers’ Warranties: Warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers.
